What will the transaction show as on my statement?

What will my delivery look like?

Your delivery will be in a box within a mailer bag showing only your address and tracking info, there will be no company logo or reference to the contents.

What  methods of payment I can use?

We offer debit/credit card payments as well as paypal and bank transfer (please email for details)

How Long until I receive my order ?

If you order is placed before 2pm it will be posted the same day and should arrive within 2 working days - we will email your tracking info on dispatch

Can I return my order ?

If there is anything you are unhappy with please contact our friendly customer service team by email at info@supernaturalseeds.uk to arrange a return.

Please note seeds are sold as souvenirs only. The guarantee we give, is that all seeds are fresh, genuine, and will reach you in perfect condition, we offer no guarantees relating to germination or anything relating to cultivation as it is against the law to germinate cannabis seeds in the U.K and to knowingly sell them for this purpose, if you contact us regarding anything relating to growing the seeds we will not be able to respond.
