Shipping Information & Delivery Terms
All orders are packaged and dispatched discreetly. There will be no visible branding or information on the outside of your package regarding its contents.
UK Shipping
- Free Royal Mail Tracked 48: On all orders over £50.00
- Standard Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.50 GBP for orders under £50.00
- Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of receiving payment.
- Delivery Time: Royal Mail Tracked 48 typically takes up to 3 working days after dispatch.
Please note: Once dispatched, shipping times are dependent on Royal Mail. In the event of postal delays, strikes, or regional closures, issues must be addressed directly with Royal Mail. We hold and view the exact same tracking updates as the customer.
International Shipping (USA, Canada & EU)
- International Tracked Mail: £11.99 GBP
- Delivery Time: Estimated 5–7 working days via your local national postal service (e.g., USPS in the USA).
International Terms & Customs Policy
Please allow extra time for potential customs clearance or local postal delays. An international parcel is only officially declared lost after 45 working days from the dispatch date.
It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all local laws and import regulations prior to ordering. International purchases are made at your own risk.
In the event of a customs seizure, we require official written proof (a formal customs seizure letter). Upon receipt and verification of this documentation, we will provide one free resend of your order. We do not offer refunds or additional resends for seized international shipments.
